We will try to keep this list updated but if you do not see your engine listed here please ask!  We can  do custom stroker or knife-edge crank designs.  We can provide plastic templates for initial fitting and adjustment.

 

We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make.  If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through.

 

Our standard scrapers cost $59.95 unless noted.  When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance Teflon® scrapers run an additional $100.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.

 

Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines.  If you are still unsure, please contact us.

 

Ford

 

 

Kent dual scraper -- many versions available for different displacements and crank configurations. Versions available for narrow or wide front main seal and also dry sump pans (Formula Ford).  Made full length in 16 gauge (~1.50mm) and in optional 18 gauge (~1.2mm) steel for ease of sealing. Only $74.95

Twin cam 1600 Teflon shown; Teflon is $100 additional.

Special version with additional downstroke side directional screening panels: $119.95; add $100 for Teflon bladed version.

 

 

Surge baffle for Kent steel pan.  This baffle is hinged for installation and can be bolted into place or welded.  If you choose to bolt it in simply drill through the pan and use bolts with RTV gasket maker or Teflon® washers to seal.  The dual trap doors have a scalloped design to allow a greater amount of oil to flow directly into the reservoir than if a straight edge were used.  There are also small paddles connected to the doors to make them even more sensitive to oil movement in the pan.  Make sure that your pan has the same stock sump baffle and pickup as shown in the pictures.  $79.95

Ford 2.0, 2.3, 2.5 OHC Lima motor -- triple scraper. (Please tell us which engine as the patterns are different)

The triple scraper works on both the downstroke and upstroke of the engine.  Only $89.95

A Teflon® bladed version of this scraper is available at additional cost.

The first upstroke scraper fits along the main bearing caps:

The second upstroke scraper fits along the oil pan rail as does the downstroke scraper.  Here is a picture of the Teflon version. 

We have received very positive feedback on this product and the EAO 2.0 in Hydroplane applications from a number of different customers.

Update:

I thought you might like to hear of our latest success.  On April 25th 2010 in Moses Lake, WA we set a new world speed record for a 1 ¼ mile course with our 2.3 Ford powered APBA Hydroplane using your triple Teflon scraper.  The old record had stood for over 10 years!

2008 was our first season in APBA 2.5 stock hydroplanes, and we used your triple scraper setup in our 2.3 Liter Ford engine.  We won the very first race we entered in Yelm Washington, ran second several times, won again in Pateros Washington, and finished the season 5th place in national points.  Not bad for our first year, but we’re looking to improve about four positions in 2009!

The pattern is novel in that it extends around the front main bearing cap to also act as an anti-slosh baffle.
