What a crank-scraper is and other technical info... Some comments on our products...

We will try to keep this list updated but if you do not see your engine listed here please ask!  We can  do custom stroker or knife-edge crank designs.  We can provide plastic templates for initial fitting and adjustment.

 

We have included some representative pictures of the scrapers we make.  If you would like to see a picture of a particular scraper please ask -- we would be more than happy to send one through.

 

When available (please enquire) our zero-clearance TeflonŽ scrapers run an additional $100.00 to the cost of the standard steel scraper unless noted.

 

Remember, your vehicle may have an engine made by a different manufacturer so check both product lines.  If you are still unsure, please contact us.

 

Toyota

 

 

2S, 3S series (through 3rd gen), 3S with 5S stroker crank, 5S-FE

$99.95 -- add $100 for TeflonŽ.   Attachment points are included for people who wish to add the windage tray at a later time:

This scraper and tray system is designed to fit inside the stock sheet metal windage trays on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation engines and not interfere with the closing of the stock oil pan.  TeflonŽ scraper option shown.  Windage tray with steel scraper: $339.95  (TeflonŽ $100 extra) 3mm pan spacer included.

The picture below shows how the tray mounts to tabs that are secured by the main bearing cap bolts:

 

 

Some versions of the Toyota block have significant casting protrusions on the web.  It may be necessary to reduce these protrusions to allow a scraper to fit.  If you have a block with these protrusions there is a modified scraper available at additional cost: $129.95 (Teflon bladed version $100 additional).  Some pictures of the Teflon version are below:
